Located in the historic Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans, this project renovates and expands the existing 800 SF home to accommodate the needs of a growing family. Working within the guidelines of the New Orleans Historic District and Landmarks Committee, the addition maintains a respect to the original structure while providing an open, functional, and contemporary space that takes advantage of natural light and views of trees from a neighboring park.
