A Second Story Addition and Renovation to an Existing Home
Needing more space but constrained by the lot’s dimensions, the solution for this project was to expand upwards along with reworking the layout of the existing home on the first floor. Renovations to the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces in the existing home opened the space to provide more natural light and improved functionality with a clean, modern design. The 80 SF second story addition provides additional bedrooms and much-needed storage space, which is hard to come by in these older homes.
